cancellation policy

In order to continue providing optimal scheduling options to my guests I do require a 48 hour notice from the scheduled appointment start time in order to avoid a cancellation fee.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will require a re-booking fee of 50%  on the first occurrence and 100% on any subsequent occurrences.

Should you miss your appointment without any notice it will be considered a cancellation outside of the 48 hour window.

Re-booking fees must be paid before a new appointment is reserved.  I do not accept appointment bookings, reschedules or cancellations via social media or text messaging.

Once your appointment has been made and your Vagaro account is created you will be able to sign in at any time to cancel, reschedule or reserve your appointment.

​I understand that sometimes life happens. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your appointment, please call me.

 I highly value my clients time and work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Therefore should you arrive 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, I reserve the right to reschedule or shorten your service(s) to avoid overlapping into my next appointment.  If I am unable to provide the service that was booked due to this policy,  your appointment will be considered a no-show appointment and a 50% service fee per service missed will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.​

 

 

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction.  If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.  Should you decide to go in a different direction than the goals we discussed in your consultation the policy does not apply, though I would love to continue to help you reach your hair goals! 

Please note: Due to the amount of time and products invested, I do not offer refunds on services.

retail return policy

  Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with in the studio, I will accept exchanges at full credit for 30 days from initial purchase.  VERB will accept returns within 30 days of purchasing via their website.  Please be aware that Custom Sample Kits are not eligible for returns or refunds.
